Rays of Belief Stock Hits Record High After US Acquisition
Small-cap stock Rays of Belief Ltd reached a new record high of ₹239, extending its rally for a fourth consecutive session.

Shares of Rays of Belief Ltd surged to a fresh record high of ₹239 during Wednesday's trading session. This marked the small-cap stock's fourth consecutive day of gains.
The stock opened at ₹228.85 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), slightly above its previous close of ₹228.33. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹489.08 crore.
Acquisition of US Pediatric Firm
The rally follows a recent corporate acquisition. In a filing dated September 21, the company announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Mom’s Belief US Inc., acquired a 100% stake in City Pro Group Inc. (CPG). The deal, effective September 18, 2026, makes CPG a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Rays of Belief.
CPG is a New York-based provider of pediatric healthcare services, established in 1995. The company reported revenue of $11.43 million (approximately ₹97.27 crore) for the financial year 2025 and operates in key New York locations including the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island.
Strategic Rationale and Management Commentary
According to the company filing, the acquisition is intended to strengthen the Mom’s Belief brand's presence in the US pediatric developmental-care market. The deal aims to expand its footprint and capabilities in early intervention and special education services.
Nitin Bindlish, Managing Director of Rays of Belief Limited, Mom’s Belief, commented on the strategic move. City Pro Group gives us an established operating platform inside the New York Early Intervention ecosystem, experienced clinical teams, community relationships and practices developed over many years, he said. Bindlish added that India remains central to the company's growth, but the acquisition provides a chance to accelerate learning through international capabilities. The company plans to evaluate elements of CPG's clinical and community practices across its 136 centres in India.
