Brookwood Investment Group, a Phoenix-based registered investment advisor, has partnered with Amplify Technology to develop the Brookwood Intelligence Platform. The announcement was made by Amplify, an AI-native RIA growth platform built on data lake architecture.

Founded by Kimberley and Robert Raimondo, Brookwood has experienced significant growth. Its assets have increased from $515 million to more than $1.5 billion over the past two years. The firm now serves more than 75 advisors and 6,200 clients.

The Need for Connected Infrastructure

Brookwood had long wanted a more connected technology environment. As the firm expanded, the problems with its fragmented systems became clear. Advisors and staff were using disconnected tools and gathering information from multiple sources. This took time away from client service and higher-value work.

Amplify provided the connected infrastructure Brookwood required. It brings data and workflows together. The platform also offers a foundation for future innovation as the firm continues to scale.

“We weren’t looking for another technology solution. We were looking for infrastructure that could support what we believe wealth management should become,” said Kimberley Raimondo, Co-Founder and CEO of Brookwood Investment Group. She stated that Amplify stood out because it understood the firm's vision and built its platform from an advisor's perspective.

Raimondo emphasized the importance of data quality for artificial intelligence. She noted that AI's value depends on the quality, accessibility, and structure of the underlying data.

Leadership and Growth Strategy

Brookwood is advancing a Professional Advisor Partnership model. This model is designed to give entrepreneurial financial advisors independence while providing them with institutional support. The firm has also invested in new leadership to manage its growth.

Recent executive hires include President Claire Alexander, Chief Operating Officer Jasmine Yu, Chief Growth Officer Michael Jones, and CFO and Head of Institutional Operations Jeff Williams. These leaders have experience with infrastructure at some of the industry's fastest-growing RIAs.

Together with Brookwood's existing team, they are building the capabilities needed to support a rapidly expanding national advisor community. A key goal is to preserve the professional judgment and independence that define the Brookwood model.

“Brookwood represents exactly the kind of firm Amplify was built for,” said Jack Martin, CMO of Amplify. He described Brookwood as a fast-growing firm that is deliberate about the institution it wants to build. Martin stated that this requires a connected data foundation that can turn information into intelligence and deploy AI safely on trusted data.

He added that the technology aims to give advisors greater capability without interfering with the judgment and client relationships that make them essential.
