Archax Gains FINRA Approval for US Digital Broker-Dealer
Archax's US subsidiary has received FINRA approval to operate as a digital broker-dealer, completing its regulated footprint across the UK, EU, and US.

Archax Group Ltd has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for its US subsidiary, Archax Markets LLC, to operate as a digital broker-dealer. This completes the firm's regulated coverage across the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States.
According to the company, this FINRA approval marks a major milestone in its global expansion. It establishes directly regulated operations in the world's largest capital market. The regulatory footprint now spans the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the EU's Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and FINRA.
Services for US Investors
Through its new US broker-dealer, Archax will offer private placements of both traditional and digital securities to US institutional and accredited investors. These offerings include tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). The firm's registration also includes a significant capability: it can chaperone private placement offerings from non-US broker-dealers into the US market. This service will be conducted for Major US Institutional Investors (MUSSI) and other US Institutional Investors in compliance with SEC Rule 15a-6.
Archax Markets has established a correspondent clearing arrangement with tZERO Securities, LLC and tZERO Digital Asset Securities, LLC. This arrangement establishes Archax Markets as an ‘introducing broker’. The relationships are designed to give the firm's clients broader access to traditional and digital asset services. These services include custody, escrow, and secondary trading via the tZERO Securities ATS.
Global Expansion Context
This US approval follows a period of significant international expansion for Archax. The company previously acquired a broker in Spain to gain access to the EU region. It has also established an entity in Dubai to serve as a base for operations in the United Arab Emirates.
CEO and co-founder Graham Rodford commented on the development. "The Archax vision has always been global, regulated, institutional-grade access to RWAs," Rodford said. He added that the firm aims to support institutional participants transitioning from traditional to digital assets with regulated tools. "The US is the deepest pool of institutional demand for tokenized assets and Archax is now one of the few firms with directly regulated status across all three major Western jurisdictions."
Building a Representative Network
Consistent with its vision, Archax Markets plans to invite experienced independent ‘registered representatives’ to affiliate with its firm. These representatives would be specialists interested in the digital asset arena. By registering with Archax Markets, they would gain access to digital asset securities capabilities and knowledge that few existing broker-dealers can offer. This would enable them to bring tokenized real-world assets to their own clients and investor networks.
The US approval positions Archax to serve growing institutional demand for tokenized RWAs. This demand is rising as US policymakers and regulators move toward a clearer framework for digital asset markets. Archax expects to commence its US operations during the third quarter of 2026.
